Implants started in April 2015.\u00a0 Before the implantation, I had suffered from severe hearing loss that subjected me to a lot of difficulties in my social life.\u00a0 I used to go quite often to audiologists to repair and adjust my hearing aid that I am used to, but then I got tired of the situation and have decided to go for the Cochlear Implant option.\u00a0 My life has changed 180 degrees after the surgery, as I have started to discover more unusual sounds that I have not heard before, and it gave me more confidence in my social life and gave me more independence.\u00a0\u00a0 In a
